During my recent stay at Tschuggen Apartment in Grindelwald, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of comfort and value it offered. The location is simply perfect - a mere 10-minute stroll from everything you need, and with stunning views of the Eiger's North Wall right from the balcony, it felt like nature was my personal backdrop. While the absence of a kitchen was a slight drawback, the friendly staff managed to save the day by lending us cups and forks, plus an electric kettle for my hot beverages in the mornings. The delicious breakfast buffet, featuring homemade Birchermüesli, certainly fueled my explorations around this charming village. Having the opportunity to park my car on-site was a bonus, although navigating the tight space can be a bit of a challenge. Regardless, I appreciated being able to leave my vehicle and immerse myself in the local culture without hassle. If you're looking for an excellent base to explore Grindelwald and enjoy breathtaking views, Tschuggen should be at the top of your list!
